Common questions about booking and tours.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 8-12 weeks in advance for our regular tours, and 3-4 months for custom itineraries or peak season travel (June-September, December-February).

What is included in tour prices?

Each tour package clearly lists what is included. Generally, this covers accommodations, specified meals, guide services, transportation during the tour, and activity equipment. Flights to the starting point are not included.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations 30-59 days out receive 50% refund. Within 30 days, no refund is available. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Are your tours suitable for beginners?

Most of our tours accommodate various fitness levels. Each package description includes difficulty ratings. If you have specific concerns, our travel specialists can recommend the best options for your abilities.
